Text to Insured

Hi, this is Chris, your assigned NFIP flood adjuster. Please review this general FloodPath guidance link before our inspection:

https://floodclaimguidance.pages.dev/

It will help explain what photos, documents, contents information, contractor invoices, mitigation records, and mortgagee information may be needed. Final claim decisions are made by the Carrier.

Short Email to Insured

Hi,

Please review the FloodPath guidance link below before our inspection:

https://floodclaimguidance.pages.dev/

This guidance will help explain what photos, documents, contents information, contractor invoices, mitigation records, and mortgagee information may be needed for your flood claim.

This is general claim guidance only. Field adjusters cannot approve/deny coverage or authorize payment. Final claim decisions are made only by the Carrier.

Thank you,
Chris

Document Request Reminder

Please keep all flood-related photos, invoices, estimates, receipts, contents information, mitigation records, and mortgagee information saved and ready to share when requested. Photos before, during, and after cleanup/removal are especially helpful.

How Adjusters Use FloodPath

  • Send one FloodPath link after first contact instead of maintaining several separate guidance emails and attachments.
  • Use the guided path to help insureds find the guidance that applies to their loss.
  • Point insureds to photo, contents, contractor, mitigation, mortgagee, GCF, basement, and commercial GP guidance as needed.

Adjuster Efficiency

  • FloodPath is designed to reduce repetitive explanations during large storm deployments.
  • The goal is cleaner documentation, fewer repeated phone calls, better insured preparation, and more consistent claim communication.
