FloodPath Product Roadmap
The current product structure keeps the public guidance simple, while saving private uploads, AI search, and secure file workflows for later phases.
Phase 1: FloodPath Guide
- Insured-facing guidance link and guided claim path.
- Photo, contents, contractor, mitigation, GCF, mortgagee, basement/PFE, ICC, commercial GP, FAQ, and printable quick-sheet guidance.
- Contractor Check Lite and Contents Check Lite are browser-only tools with no uploads, storage, or backend.
- Copy-ready adjuster texts/emails and manual forms packet content.
Phase 2: FloodPath Adjuster
- Personalized adjuster homepage with photo, contact info, NFIP FCN/license info, company/firm info, and custom welcome message.
- Forms workflow lives here because it is adjuster-specific.
- Includes the combined FloodPath Claim Intake & Receipt Packet, Handbook receipt acknowledgement, ICC receipt acknowledgement, Flood Field Questionnaire, final confirmation/signature section, and custom Adobe Sign or other e-sign form link.
Phase 3: FloodPath Intake
- Loss Notice scanner and claim starter.
- Claim/contact extraction, path category suggestions, iPhone contact card, assignment roster row, and Xactimate copy/paste sheet.
- AI GCF public evidence search and report-ready GCF summary.
- Email/text workflow and communication log.
- AI contractor estimate/invoice review belongs here.
Phase 4: FloodPath Vault
- Secure insured uploads and organized claim document sharing.
- Vault also includes Desk features: assignment roster, deadlines, status tracking, forms/photo/document status, POL/non-waiver/advance/engineer/RAP tracking, final report checklist, and workflow dashboard.
Phase 5: FloodPath Firm
- Firm landing page, firm branding, multiple adjuster profiles, shared templates, admin tools, and team workflows.
